I've mentioned Skylar Grey plenty of times on this blog, and I've said a lot of stuff about how her music really speaks to me. Each song always feels like she's stepped into my mind and pulled out my thoughts, which makes sense if you know the kind of life she's lived (abusive relationship, being homeless, depression, etc.).
